BS Mobile, the Banco Sabadell app for mobiles and tablets

The integration of Lloyds Bank into the Banco Sabadell group will mean the incorporation of new distance banking services for new customers. Thus, if you are one of them, from 16 March 2014 you can download and start using BS Mobile, the Banco Sabadell app for mobiles and tablets.

 

• What is BS Mobile?

BS Mobile is the service through which you will be able to operate with and consult your accounts from you smartphone or from your tablet, whenever and from wherever you wish and with maximum convenience and security. BS Mobile is available for all the main terminal models that exist in the market: Android, iOs, BlackBerry and WindowsPhone. 

 

• Which banking operations can be carried out using BS Mobile?

With BS Mobile, you can carry out your main banking operations and you can carry out your favourite transactions. Through the app’s menu, you can access different operations such as accounts, cards, direct debiting of bills, savings and investment, loans and mortgages, among others. Notices and alerts service via SMS and email

 

In the presentation at the start of this post, you can find out about the new features that will be available to you with the new notices and alerts service from Banco Sabadell, which you will be able to configure via BS Online, from 16 March 2014.

The notices and alerts service allows you to be informed, via your mobile or your email address, of all transactions in your accounts at the very instant they take place: incoming salary or pension payments, receipt or issuing of transfers, direct debit charges, tax payments and refunds, stock market transactions and operations awaiting signature, information on card purchases, withdrawals at cash machines, etc.   

If you were already receiving alerts via SMS or email, your main alerts will be automatically maintained active. We recommend that if you do not already use this service that you activate it to discover all of its benefits. 

Help for accessing BS Online and BS Mobile

 

Our distance banking services BS Online and BS Mobile have two differentiated and independent accesses for personal banking and business banking customers. 

To operate with your personal banking accounts, you should access the 'Personal’ tab on the home page. If you are accessing from BS Mobile, select the “Personal” option on the access screen itself. You should follow the same process if you wish to view your company accounts, i.e. select the 'Business’ tab whether accessing via BS Online or BS Mobile.

If you have accounts in both segments but you would like to view them together, from the global position you should access the option “access to your accounts”.

If you have identified yourself using the “Personal” tab and wish to view or operate in “Business”, you should press the “Disconnect” button and, next, select the “Business” tab and identify yourself once more.

 

 

Through BS Online, you can also request a grouped view of your “Personal” and “Business” accounts. To do so, you should log on to BS Online, access “All my accounts / Global position” and select the “Access to your accounts” option.

It is very important that you bear in mind that from 15 march, the day that the Lloyds Bank International computer systems will be integrated into those of the Banco Sabadell group, all accesses via online banking contracts signed in the name of legal persons, companies,will cease to be operative.

New services for BS Mobile, the Banco Sabadell app for smartphones and tablets

 

We are pleased to present the new BS Mobile service, which from 15 March will allow you to conduct your usual transactions from your mobile device via the Internet, wherever you are and whatever the time of day. If you cannot view it on your device, please access this link.

New distance banking services

We are pleased to present to you the main new features of the Banco Sabadell distance banking service which will be available from 16 march and that you can consult in the document linked at the start of this article. In addition, from the said date, you will have our customer service at your disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Banco Sabadell’s online banking service, BS Online, is split into two independent access, one for personal banking customers and the other for companies. If you have both personal and company accounts, you will have two code cards and will be able to operate via both services. For more information you can consult this article. 

 

New Banco Sabadell Distance Banking Cards

Banco Sabadell has started sending customers packs containing a letter and card for its Distance Banking service. When you receive the letter with the code card attached, you should activate the card. To do so, please follow the steps below:  

New differentiated access for Private and Business Banking

Due to the forthcoming integration of the computer systems  of  Lloyds Bank  International  into the Banco Sabadell group, we inform you that from 15 march your  Lloyds Bank  International  accounts will  become Banco Sabadell accounts, therefore you will  be able to consult and operate with all your accounts through Banco Sabadell's distance banking service, BS Online.

 

The new BS Online web portal has differentiated accesses for operating with your peronal bank accounts and your business accounts, split into two differentiated acccesses for  personal banking customers and companies. The same user name, NIF, and Access Code, PIN number, that you are currently using for Online Banking will be valid.

 

Access to all your products via BS Online

As you know, next 15 march the IT systems of Lloyds Bank International will be integrated with those of Banco Sabadell. As from that time, you can see and operate your accounts via BS Online.

We would like to remind you that via BS Online y and BS Mobile you can access by default all the current accounts and financial services in which you appear as the holder or authorised user, together with other products you may have and are directly related to them, credit cards, loans, etc.
