New differentiated access for Private and Business Banking

Due to the forthcoming integration of the computer systems  of  Lloyds Bank  International  into the Banco Sabadell group, we inform you that from 15 march your  Lloyds Bank  International  accounts will  become Banco Sabadell accounts, therefore you will  be able to consult and operate with all your accounts through Banco Sabadell's distance banking service, BS Online.

 

The new BS Online web portal has differentiated accesses for operating with your peronal bank accounts and your business accounts, split into two differentiated acccesses for  personal banking customers and companies. The same user name, NIF, and Access Code, PIN number, that you are currently using for Online Banking will be valid.

 

Access to all your products via BS Online

As you know, next 15 march the IT systems of Lloyds Bank International will be integrated with those of Banco Sabadell. As from that time, you can see and operate your accounts via BS Online.

We would like to remind you that via BS Online y and BS Mobile you can access by default all the current accounts and financial services in which you appear as the holder or authorised user, together with other products you may have and are directly related to them, credit cards, loans, etc.

Unified access to company, owners’ association and administration accounts

With the new BS Online Distance Banking Service you will have company access enabling you to access all the products of companies, owners associations and administration of which you are the legal representative.

The new BS Online portal will have two differentiated access points for private individuals and companies. In both cases the same username,NIF-Tax ID, and access code are used as you currently use for online banking.

If you need a secondary access for one or more companies, for your personal use or to assign it to a third party, you can create it via the new website in the section on creating secondary access.

Distance banking at Banco Sabadell

On 15 march 2014 the integration of the IT systems of Lloyds Bank International with the Banco Sabadell group will conclude. As from that time, you must check and operate your Lloyds Bank International accounts via the Banco Sabadell distance banking service available at bancsabadell.com. To do so, you will use your current BS Online code card with which you can operate with all your accounts, whether they are Lloyds Bank International’s or Banco Sabadell’s. Until that time, you can continue to use the regular Distance Banking Service at www.lloydsbankinternational.es or bancsabadell.com.

You must take into account that as from that date your Lloyds Bank International signature system will not be operational.

Required signing of operations and files

Due to the forthcoming integration of the IT systems of Lloyds Bank International with the Banco Sabadell group, scheduled for 15 march, it will be necessary to sign the operations and files sent using the code card of one or more authorised users as set forth in the associated account. The aim of this measure is to increase the security of your distance banking operations. The only exceptions are sending N19 files of direct debited bills and operations such as tax payments or cheque deposit, which will not require confirmation using a code card.

Therefore, authorised persons must have the online banking service to continue sending files as usual and will sign the operations performed using their own personal code card which we will provide.

Do your internet shopping the safe way

Due to the forthcoming integration of the IT systems of Lloyds Bank International with the Banco Sabadell group, scheduled for 15 march, we inform you that you can do your internet shopping with Banco Sabadell cards. This is a service that offers the maximum safety when shopping over the internet with the bank’s debit and credit cards. And it is totally free of charge, with just one requisite: to have a BS Online distance banking contract which you can obtain free of charge by contracting your branch. 

Customers receiving code cards for both personal and business banking

Activate the new code card for BS Online and BS Online Companies that you have received by post so that you can operate your accounts smoothly following the integration of Lloyds Bank International and Banco Sabadell. To do so, all you need to do is access the Banco Sabadell cards activation website, press "Activate now" and register with your user name and password for online banking. 

Once activated, keep your cards safe, as they will be needed to access bancsabadell.com, where, from 15 march 2014 you will be able to conduct all your banking operations through Banco Sabadell’s distance banking service.

Activate the new code card for BS Online Companies that you have received by post to be able to operate smoothly following the integration of Lloyds Bank International and Banco Sabadell. Customers not sent a code card

From 15 march 2014, your distance banking will be even easier. Using your current BS Online code card you will be able to operate with all your accounts, regardless of whether they were originally with Lloyds Bank International or with Banco Sabadell. Following the operational integration of Lloyds Bank International and the Banco Sabadell group, you will be able to access your accounts via BS Online, and in order to sign your operations, you should be able to continue using your BS Online and BS Online Companies code cards.

Remember that until 15 march 2014 you can continue operating with your usual distance banking service at lloydsbankinternational.es  or at bancsabadell.com
