- Why are there two accesses to BS Online? The distance banking service, BS Online, has two differentiated accesses for operating with your personal banking and company accounts, split into two independent accesses for personal banking customers and companies. If you have both personal and business accounts, you will have two code cards and will be able to operate through both services.
- Are my online banking services maintained? BS Online is the new Banco Sabadell distance banking service. The most important new features for the business banking segment with respect to online banking are found in the new international business operations, reverse factoring, credit advances, guarantees and a renewed electronic correspondence system. For personal banking customers, it is important to highlight the new tax modalities and a renewed mobile service that is broader than that which currently exists.
- How do I access my usual operations? The new distance banking service offers a renewed design and improved, more dynamic website navigation so that your banking activities are more user-friendly and efficient. Your regular operations can be viewed as soon as you access BS Online, at the top left of the menu. If we want to view all the operations possible under regular operations, we can find the link “See all options".
- Also on your mobile... The BS Mobile service allows you to carry out your main banking operations via your smartphone, and the option of personalising all your favourite operations. This is a service without closing times or distances, that adapts perfectly to your needs, offering you maximum convenience and security at all times. All you need is a mobile phone with a connection to the Internet and your BS Online code card.
- Users of Lloyds Bank International who were already Banco Sabadell customers. Those users who are customers of both banks and already users of the BS Online banking service, once the migration day has passed, will be able to access BS Online and see both the products that they could already see in Banco Sabadell as well as the products that they maintained with Lloyds Bank International and that up to that point they could not view via distance banking.
