Our distance banking services BS Online and BS Mobile have two differentiated and independent accesses for personal banking and business banking customers.
To operate with your personal banking accounts, you should access the 'Personal’ tab on the home page. If you are accessing from BS Mobile, select the “Personal” option on the access screen itself. You should follow the same process if you wish to view your company accounts, i.e. select the 'Business’ tab whether accessing via BS Online or BS Mobile.
If you have accounts in both segments but you would like to view them together, from the global position you should access the option “access to your accounts”.
If you have identified yourself using the “Personal” tab and wish to view or operate in “Business”, you should press the “Disconnect” button and, next, select the “Business” tab and identify yourself once more.
Through BS Online, you can also request a grouped view of your “Personal” and “Business” accounts. To do so, you should log on to BS Online, access “All my accounts / Global position” and select the “Access to your accounts” option.
