Due to the forthcoming integration of the computer systems of Lloyds Bank International into the Banco Sabadell group, we inform you that from 15 march your Lloyds Bank International accounts will become Banco Sabadell accounts, therefore you will be able to consult and operate with all your accounts through Banco Sabadell's distance banking service, BS Online.
The new BS Online web portal has differentiated accesses for operating with your peronal bank accounts and your business accounts, split into two differentiated acccesses for personal banking customers and companies. The same user name, NIF, and Access Code, PIN number, that you are currently using for Online Banking will be valid.
Remember that if you currently use an access code that is longer than 4 digits, you must access BS Online using only the first 4 digits of your current PIN number.
You should activate the new BS Online code cards that we have sent you in order to be able to continue operating with your accounts through both services, private and business banking, with your corresponding code card.

- There are accounts that I would prefer not to see via distance banking
From 15 march 2014, you will be able to configure the accounts that you wish to be able to visualise on subsequent connections through your distance banking service. It will be as simple as accessing the the 'main card configuration' section which from the mentioned date you will be able to see on the new website. Call our customer helpline on 902 100 079 if you have any related questions.
- Must I do anything?
No, only that you make sure that you have your code card activated and ready before the migration. From 15 march when you access your Distance Banking, you will automatically see the products that you are already using with the Bank.
- Which website must I use for access?
From 15 march the access website will become www.bancsabadell.com. Although if you type in the current www.lloydsbankinternational.es address, your browser will redirect you to the new website, we recommend that if you had saved the address in your favourites folder that you proceed to change the old address to the new one.
- Will I see my personal and business products together?
As a general rule, Banco Sabadell offers its distance banking service with a specific access for personal banking customers and another for companies. However, if you have both types of products and would prefer to see them in a single access, we would ask you to call our helpline on 902 100 079 or to contact your regular branch.
