Customers receiving a code card for personal banking

Activate the new code card for BS Online that you have received by post to be able to operate smoothly following the integration of Lloyds Bank International and Banco Sabadell. To do so, all you need to do is access the Banco Sabadell cards activation website, press 'Activate now' and register with your user name and password for online banking. 

Once activated, keep your card safe, as it will be needed to access bancosabadell.com, where from 15 march 2014 you will be able to conduct all your banking operations through Banco Sabadell’s distance banking service.

•  What is a code card?

It is a personal and non-transferrable card that you will receive with your distance banking contract and that, on the back, contains the key codes for signing operations. When you carry out an operation by telephone or Internet, we will ask you for a code from your code card. For the operation in question, this will be your digital signature.

 

•  Must I change my current signatures system at Lloyds Bank International?

On 15 march 2014 the integration of the computer systems of Lloyds Bank International into the Banco Sabadell group will be completed. From that time onwards, the Lloyds Bank International Online Banking Service will be that of the Banco Sabadell group and to use it you will require the new cards that we have sent to you.

 

• Does my current signatures system become obsolete?

No, until 15 march you should continue using your current signatures system in your online banking. From 15 march, your old system of signatures at Lloyds Bank International will become ineffective and you must use the new BS Online card to be able to operate with all your accounts.
